Position Summary

The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine / University of Kansas Cancer Center, a NCI designated Cancer Center, is looking for an additional full-time board certified / board eligible radiation oncologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to work in an academic community practice setting.

Required Qualifications

Candidate must be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in an academic community practice setting preferred.

Job Duties

Description of Job Duty

Provide clinical patient care including, but not limited to, evaluating inpatient/outpatient consults, on-treatment patients and follow-up patients, simulations, treatment planning, and delivery of ionizing radiation therapy.

Participate in departmental clinical trials and other research projects.
