Position Summary

The Department of Microbiology, Molecular Genetics and Immunology at the University of Kansas Medical Center invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the field of Immunology. The candidate is expected to work in the field of innate immunity that would complement existing programs in bacteriology and virology in the Department. We seek exceptional candidates (Ph.D., MD or an equivalent degree) with a strong record of peer-reviewed publications. Successful candidates will be expected to establish or have established an externally funded, independent research program and participate in graduate and medical education.
